lukepaez.com uses a website tracking pixel provided by Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management service provider. The pixel records pages and property listings viewed on this site. If you have already shared your email address with us (for example, by submitting a form or clicking a link in an email we sent you), this activity may be associated with your contact record so we can follow up with relevant real estate information. This data is used solely for real estate communications and is handled by our service provider under the confidentiality obligations described above. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program purpose. With your opt-in consent, Paez Realty Group LLC uses SMS to respond to your inquiries, follow up on your interest in buying or selling, answer questions, share relevant listings and market updates, and schedule, confirm, and send reminders about appointments — all related to real estate services. Messages may include automated and recurring follow-ups, and you can reply to and converse with us by text. SMS consent is never required to receive real estate services from us, and your phone number and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How to cancel SMS messages. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

How to get help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at paez.estates@gmail.com.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
